Vocational Challenges in South Sudan
Before war broke out in the Sudan, the Southern part of Sudan had few vocational institutions. These institutions award students with certificates or diplomas of nine months or two years, but the areas argeted were capentry and joinery centres, technical commercial schools, industrial techincal centre, neglecting other crafts work such as potterry, basketery..etc. However, there is a growing needs of vocational training for youth.
